Active Project Management on-site including coordination with construction teams and on-site operations, quality control and change management, progress reporting to all stakeholders.
Confirmation of completion of each scope, documentation of any variances, final invoice and lien waiver close-out.
Creating tailored plans to address maintenance needs and mitigate risk.
Developing contingency plans and protocols to ensure swift and effective response during emergencies.
Delegating minor capital projects, typically to on-site teams.
