Eddie Moreno is the Founder and CEO of The Turn Company. As the company’s strategic and operational leader, Eddie has guided Turn Co’s evolution from a seasonal service provider into a year-round, multi-vertical platform delivering high-volume, highly coordinated projects nationwide. An original co-founder in 2020, Eddie acquired and relaunched The Turn Company as a standalone business in 2023, building on nearly two decades of experience in the real estate and multifamily sectors. Prior to Turn Co, Eddie served as Partner and Executive VP of Operations at Cardinal Group Management, a Top-40 national multifamily operator, where he helped scale the business over a decade of significant growth.

Eddie’s background blends operational discipline, client-centered service design, and hands-on project leadership. His experience across operations, project management, and organizational development shapes Turn Co’s commitment to precision, reliability, and delivering outcomes clients can trust at scale.
