With two decades of industry experience, Eddie brings a comprehensive understanding of multifamily business dynamics to The Turn Company, delivering relevant, best-in-class services to clients.

As the leader of project management solutions at The Turn Company, Trinity oversees large-scale FF&E and Smart Tech installations, as well as capital projects in the multifamily and hospitality sectors. His collaborative leadership and commitment to delivering exceptional value position The Turn Company for ongoing success in a competitive marketplace. Trinity earned a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies from Baylor University.

Danielle brings over ten years of operational leadership to The Turn Company as the Operations Support Manager. With experience in multifamily, student, and single-family housing, she has a strong record of guiding cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and implementing scalable solutions. Danielle plays a vital role in key business functions, including systems optimization, developing standard operating procedures, coordinating with vendors, and training team members.

Before joining The Turn Company, Danielle held leadership positions where she managed significant projects in technology implementation, process improvement, and organizational change. Renowned for her adaptability and strategic approach, she ensures that teams have the necessary tools and structure to work efficiently.

Danielle earned her degree from East Carolina University and holds a Project Management certification. Her work is fueled by a dedication to operational excellence and fostering collaboration across teams.

Dustin began his career in student housing in 2010 in Statesboro, GA. Over the past 12 years, he has advanced from a Porter and Groundskeeper to a Traveling Facilities Manager, supporting more than 300 communities with American Campus Communities, Campus Crest Communities, and Cardinal Group Management. He has extensive experience collaborating with contractors and overseeing capital projects across various markets. Throughout his 11 years in student housing, Dustin has successfully vetted and secured vendor bids, managed ancillary and capital expenditure projects, coordinated student housing transitions, trained onsite teams, and managed budgets to ensure a positive net operating income (NOI).

Jesse began his career in student housing in 2013 in Bowling Green, Ohio. Prior to that, he gained valuable experience in conventional multifamily housing and commercial water treatment. Over the years, he has worked in maintenance and facilities across various student housing markets, Class A multifamily properties, and affordable housing. He has successfully completed nine student turnovers in different locations. In 2018, Jesse joined Cardinal Group Companies, where he contributed to a value-add student housing project in Toledo, Ohio, and supported various company-wide initiatives. He brings a wealth of experience in facilities management and capital projects, with expertise in roofing, plumbing, electrical work, amenities, and property upgrades.
